Traditional Loc Styles

Traditional locs are the most common loc worn by men, women and children. It is fairly easy to begin and maintain. It’s created by comb twists or two strand twists using a gel based product. Traditional locs can be maintained using a palm roll or comb twist method. Depending on hair length and texture, the process can take 45 minutes to 2-3 hours. At Locs of Glory, clients have the option to maintain traditional locs with an interlocking technique for longer lasting results. Traditional locs are beautiful and can be made in various thicknesses.

Loc extensions have become very popular in the last few years as it allows a client to bypass the short loc phase.
